Determinant of Financial Management Behavior and Impact on Financial Satisfaction in Generation Z

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence behavior financial management. This was conducted in Jakarta area with a sample Generation Z age range between 17-27 years as many 325 respondents. Sampling technique using convenience sampling, while research analysis SEM (Structural Equation Model) AMOS software. results showed knowledge has significant on attitude, attitude significantly an management behavior, no satisfaction, and satisfaction.
